Hours, Accommodations & Policies During COVID-19
Due to state law regarding COVID-19, our showroom is closed to retail traffic. However special accommodations to pick up or drop off artwork can be made by appointment only.
If you would like to pick up or drop off work, but are not comfortable visiting:
Just give us a call, and we can take payments over the phone and bring your items out to your vehicle.
If we’re printing your work, you can simply email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and there is no need to visit. However, if your work is of a physical nature, we can come out to your vehicle and retrieve it from you.
Once we have your work, in any form, we can work with you via any number of remote methods you are comfortable with (emailing pictures for your approval, FaceTime, Zoom meetings, etc.).
Our Internal Policies:
What we are doing internally to help protect all of us:
• We have a no questions asked sick/absentee policy, and any employee is paid for staying home. So there is NO incentive for any of us to come to work if we are not feeling 100%.
• We disinfect all common surfaces multiple times per day
• We have an ample supply of hand sanitizer for us and for you.
• We have a greatly reduced staff (some even with staggered schedules) in a 14,000 square foot facility. When it is necessary for us to work together we do everything we can to maintain a 6 foot distance.
